FAQ

Everything people ask us.

Straight answers. If yours isn't here, it will be soon — ask us through your application and we'll respond directly.

Getting started

Do I need a prescription to join?

No — the clinical review is built in. Every regimen is reviewed and authorized by a licensed physician as part of your membership. You can't buy peptides from Diem without that step, by design.

What does the application involve?

A short intake: your goals, relevant health history, and lifestyle. It takes about two minutes. No payment details are collected to apply.

Can I be turned down?

Yes. If our physicians conclude peptide therapy isn't appropriate for your situation, we'll tell you directly rather than sell you something that won't help.

Peptides & safety

What are peptides?

Short chains of amino acids that act as signaling molecules in the body — directing processes like tissue repair, metabolism, and recovery. Peptide therapy uses precise, clinician-dosed versions of these signals.

Are Diem peptides tested?

That's our standard: dispensing through licensed U.S. pharmacy partners, with independent batch testing for identity, purity, and potency. Your batch's documentation will be available from your account.

Are there side effects?

Any active therapy can have side effects, and they vary by peptide and person. Your physician reviews contraindications during intake, your regimen documents what to watch for, and your care team is a message away.

Membership & orders

How does membership pricing work?

Membership covers your clinical relationship: physician-designed regimens, ongoing adjustments, priority refills, and unlimited care-team messaging. Peptides are billed separately at member pricing. See our Pricing page for the membership fee and current regimen pricing.

How fast is shipping?

Orders ship after physician authorization, directly from the pharmacy, with cold-chain handling where required and tracking on every order.

Can I pause or cancel?

Yes — membership can be paused or canceled anytime from your account. Your physician can also help wind a regimen down properly rather than stopping cold.
