Pricing
What Diem costs.
Membership, regimen pricing, and exactly how and when you're charged.
Membership
$40/month
Your clinical relationship: physician-designed regimens, ongoing adjustments, and care-team messaging. Billed monthly, cancel anytime.
Peptide regimens
$60 – $180 member
$69 – $205 without membership
Billed per regimen, separately from membership. Your exact price is shown before you authorize any order.
How billing works
You are not charged when you place an order. When you check out, we place an authorization (a temporary hold) on your card for the order total. A licensed physician then reviews your order. We charge your card only after that review approves it. If your order is not approved, we release the authorization and you are not charged at all. Holds may appear as pending on your statement until your bank releases them.
Membership is a monthly subscription. It renews automatically each month until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Membership fees are not prorated or refunded for a partial month.
Your exact total is always shown first. The price of every item, any discount or account credit applied, plus taxes and shipping, are shown at checkout before you authorize anything. Prices may change, but a change never affects an order you have already placed.
What membership includes
Membership covers your clinical relationship — physician-designed regimens, ongoing adjustments as your goals change, and messaging with your care team — and unlocks member pricing on every regimen. Peptide regimens are billed separately from the membership fee, at the prices shown above.
